What is Covered?

Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • The main body and housing integrity
  • Crank handle and knob mechanism
  • Axle and bearing systems
  • Stainless steel burr set (against breakage)
  • Manufacturing assembly defects

What is Not Covered?

Does not cover damages from misuse or normal aging.

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, patina)
  • Damage from improper maintenance or cleaning
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage from foreign objects (stones, metal)
  • Theft or loss of the product
