Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100.

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2 Initiate Return
Contact us at support@artisangrind.com with your order number. We will send you a return shipping label.
3 Refund Process
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
